Driving Miss Daisy


Stubborn Southern matriarch Daisy Werthan finds herself no longer capable of self-sufficiency in her old age. At the insistence of her son, she hires a chauffeur, Hoke Colburn, to drive her around town. Daisy struggles with the radically changing social climate of the 1960’s, changes Daisy sees as manifested in the African-American Hoke.
