Breaker Morant

During the Boer War between Great Britain and the Dutch colonists in South Africa, three Australian lieutenants, led by “Breaker” Morant, are ordered to execute a group of prisoners. As their duty demanded, they performed the execution, only to later learn one of the prisoners was actually a German citizen. In order to keep peace with Germany, the powers that be court martial Morant and his fellow soldiers.  What proceeds is a short and futile trial founded on trumped-up charges.
