Overview
The 31st Annual Heartland International Film Festival ran October 6-16, 2022. This year’s Festival was a return to form with screenings featured at the Historic Artcraft Theatre, Living Room Theatre, Kan-Kan Cinema & Brasserie, Newfields and Indianapolis Art Center.
#HIFF31 included 143 films, 11 world premieres, 95 filmmakers in attendance, and over $60,000 in cash prizes over 11-days of festival films at five venues and on-demand.
This year’s theme was Get Lost in Film to celebrate three decades of Indiana's largest film festival.
